We will endeavour to dispatch your products within 7 working days. Due to COVID deliveries can be delayed.

We hope that you love our Sh products as much as we do. However, in the very unlikely event your goods have arrived damaged or you have received an incorrect Sh product then please do get in touch with us. Our Sh team are always available to help you with any enquiries.

Please note we only offer product exchanges within 10 days of your purchase date. To help the Sh team with a prompt resolution, please provide your invoice number when making contact. Refunds can usually take up to 14 days to be processed.
